Sometimes it's hard to see changes when they're happening, and then one day you look back and realize how far you've come. I'm doing that now. It seems like forever that I have been working to create this project and this site. Yet for most of that time, this was just a 'big idea', and I wondered daily if I had what it takes to actually pull it off. But slowly, in tiny increments, this project and this site became a part of me. And slowly, my doubts and questions were replaced by a sense of release -- wonder and excitement about what was coming into being, unfettered by so much self-doubt. Ahh, that was great! Now, the site is online, and as I happily begin to build my personal inspiration network, I encourage you to do the same. And soon, we will be able to look back and realize that we've created a space where inspiration can flourish, held together by our connections with the people who have helped to shape us, and by stories we've shared about them. And that slowly, in tiny increments, the world is being changed. |
